Insurance rebuilds: the licensed GC that puts your property back.

After a fire, flood, or storm, the hard part isn't the cleanup — it's the rebuild. Pro Services Boston handles the reconstruction back to pre-loss condition, scoped to your claim and coordinated directly with your adjuster.

The short answer

What does an insurance rebuild actually cover?

An insurance rebuild is the reconstruction phase after fire, water, or storm damage. Once the emergency mitigation — water extraction, dry-out, any mold remediation — is done and the property is stabilized, we rebuild the affected areas back to pre-loss condition: framing, drywall, paint, flooring, finishes, kitchens, baths, and common areas. As a licensed general contractor, we scope the work to your insurance estimate and coordinate with the adjuster, so the rebuild matches the claim and you're not chasing five trades while you're already dealing with a loss.

We handle the rebuild — not the emergency.

If you're in an active emergency right now — water still coming in, fresh fire or smoke damage — call an emergency restoration / mitigation company first to extract the water and dry the building out. When it's time to rebuild, that's us. For our existing condo and property-owner clients, we'll point you to mitigation help and then run the reconstruction once the building is stabilized.

Insurance rebuild FAQ

What's the difference between restoration and an insurance rebuild?

Restoration / mitigation is the emergency phase — water extraction, dry-out, mold remediation — done right after a loss to stop the damage. The rebuild is the reconstruction that comes after: putting the property back to pre-loss condition. We handle the rebuild.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes. We scope and build to the insurance estimate and coordinate directly with your adjuster, including supplements if hidden damage expands the approved scope.

Do you do the water extraction, dry-out, or mold removal?

No — that emergency mitigation is handled first by a restoration company. Once the property is stabilized, we come in for the rebuild.

Can you handle a condo or multi-unit loss?

Yes. We rebuild common areas and multiple units after a loss, coordinating with the board or property manager and the carrier so the reconstruction stays aligned with the claim.

Ready to rebuild?

Send us the property and what happened. We'll walk it, scope the reconstruction to your claim, and get you a clear path back to pre-loss condition.
